How did you do the thing with the texture on the sweater?

Made a new Layer above the Sweater's Color Layer. On the new layer I click the "Clip to Layer Below" option (it's near the layer options, looks like 2 squares overlapping each other). THEN I went to Filters and picked the Noise one. From there I adjusted it to how I wanted it and bam, easy fuzzy texture! :)
